Do we have to stay a certain number of nights?
Yes, there is a 3 night minimum for our refundable wedding promo code. By booking a minimum of 3 nights, you will be able to partake in all of our wedding festivities. You are welcome to stay longer if you desire as the room rates are valid from September 10, 2025 to September 17, 2025

Can we book flights and hotel together?
No, when booking online or calling in, you can only book using the suite only and refundable option for the code to apply.
You will need to book flights separately which will allow you to use points or miles and book through your favorite airline. This will also ensure you are first to be contacted in the event of any last minute changes or cancellations to your flights.

Can we stay somewhere else and still attend?
Sorry, but because our wedding events are through the resort, you need to stay on the property per the resort's policy.

When you say all inclusive, what exactly is included at the resort?
Just about everything! food - all meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol). There are 12 restaurants, 1 specialty coffee / dessert shop, a food truck, 15 bars, and 24-hour room service, activities - private beach, 12 pools, daily / nightly entertainment, a fitness center, paddle boarding, kayaking, cooking lessons, and yoga classes are just some examples of what is included in your stay. note: spa treatments and motorized water sports (jet skis, boating, etc.) are not included and carry an additional fee. Our promo code gives you 10% off any spa treatment at the resort.

We’re not sure if we can make it, should we still reserve a room? Yes, we expect the resort to sell out quickly, and encourage you to reserve a room now. You only need to deposit $1 to reserve your room. Your card on file will not be charged the balance until 30 days prior to arrival. You are able to cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before arrival for a full refund.

If you want to feel completely secure while out of the country, it is suggested to purchase travel protection. This protection can protect you right up until travel for last minute issues that may arise such as bad weather, medical issues etc.

Travel protection can also provide you with piece of mind should you experience any medical or dental issues while traveling. Most health insurance plans in the United States do not cover you when traveling abroad and if they do, you are usually required to pay the expenses out of pocket at the time of service and then file a claim for reimbursement upon return to the United States.

How do we get to and from the resort?
As long as you correctly booked with our Promo code DGWSEP25FPM , one round-trip shared airport transfer is included with the resort's transfer company seasons transfers. Please note, the included free round trip transfer is one per room, not per guest . If one of the occupants is arriving or departing on a different flight, they will need to purchase a separate transfer. After you book flights, email transfers@seasonstours.com to book the transfers. they will need your complete flight details airline, flight numbers, and arrival and departure flight times for both inbound and outbound along with your room reservation number to set up your round -trip transfers.

When should i arrive at the resort?
Our wedding is on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Please plan to arrive at least by early Saturday, September 13th preferably Friday, September 12th to allow you time to settle in and to account for any possible flight delays. We don't want you to miss celebrating with us!

Can i modify our reservation?
You can modify who is in the room, the number of nights, and type of room up until July 9, 2025 by calling the resort at 866-211-6223 and they will be able to make changes to your reservation over the phone, but any room category or date changes will be based upon availability at the time of request and are not guaranteed.

When is the last day to book?
The last day to book with the promo code discounted rates or make any modifications to your reservation is July 9, 2025 any modifications after July 9, 2025 will cancel your current reservation and will automatically be rebooked at the current resort rates, which will likely be much higher and will not place you with our group reservations and included resort perks.
Recommended that you book your room as soon as possible for best availability.

Do i need a passport to travel to Mexico?
Yes. Check your expiration date now if you already have one. Your passport must not expire within 6 months of your travel date home from Mexico. Please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html if you have any questions.

Do i need cash?
You might want some if you choose to do any excursions! Also, the staff at the resort work incredibly hard, and while the resort fee has tips built in for staff, they certainly appreciate any extra!
